Mentors
The 3.5 Network mentors are experts and allies of the Behavioural Lab that have years of experience working in behavioural research, behavioural change, and all kinds of policy and industry challenges. They are happy to be contacted to provide advice and guidance to develop your ideas and solutions, and they are also active members of the 3.5 Network. Most of them are implementing solutions of their own in several countries.

Paulius Yamin
Co-founder and Managing Partner of the Behavioural Lab LT. He is also a PhD candidate at the London School of Economics and a Research Fellow and MJJ Scholar at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. He has around 10 years of experience designing, researching and coordinating behavioural change and civic culture initiatives in the social, public and private sectors.

Maxi Heitmayer
PhD Candidate in Psychological and Behavioural Science at the London School of Economics and Political Science and Lab coordinator of the SEBE Lab. He has an extensive background in Political Philosophy, International Relations, and Social Psychology. His research focuses on smart device and social media use.

Juan Pablo Caicedo
Project Manager at the Urban Development Institute of Bogotá’s Mayor’s Office and co-founder of the Behavioural Lab COL. He has Masters in Urban Planning and Public Administration from Harvard University. He has 10 years of experience in project delivery, communication, and change management for public, private and non-profit organizations in Colombia and the U.S.

Sergii Drobysh
Public Policy Researcher (Digital Transformation) at the Public Policy and Management Institute (Lithuania) and Independent Researcher at the Eurasia Group (U.K.). He holds Masters degrees from the University of Oxford and Yale University, and a BA (Honours, joint degree) from the University of St Andrews. He worked as a researcher on projects in group dynamics, conflict studies, disinformation, political trust, and wellbeing.

Santiago Ortega
Expert at the Centre for Digital Public Innovation at the Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies of Colombia and co-founder of the Behavioural Lab COL. He is a B.A. in Mechanical Engineering and a Postgraduate Degree in Social Responsibility and Development. He has over 10 years of experience as a social entrepreneur and in innovation processes, civic culture, behavioural change and heavy transportation.

Lara Geermann
High school student and former participant of the National Student Academy Lithuania (Economics chapter) and of the Behavioural Lab workshop on Creating practical interventions to change behaviour in real world contexts. She has experience with background research and creation of behavioural interventions to inform policy challenges.

Karen García
Performance artist with several years of experience as an actress, director and trainer. She has taken part in hundreds of productions and interventions in theatre, TV, radio and community settings in Colombia and London.
